What is The American Revolution?

(1775-83), It was the struggle by which the Thirteen Colonies on the Atlantic seabord of North America won independence from Great Britain and became The United States. It is also called The American War of Independence. By 1774 each colony had established a Provincial Congress, or an equivalent governmental institution, to form individual self-governing states.

There was a moment where the colonists rebel against the British. The american colonists enjoyed the protection for free. The colonies profited from trading 

( tobacco), most importantly they cheriched all the advantages and political advantages. The parliament began to tax the colonists. eventually colonists and British went to war.
